VS Health and Wellness Challenge

Challenges provide experiences that shape the way we learn, grow and develop mentally, physically and emotionally. That being said we It is unrealistic to expect a life without challenges and problems. As a means of supporting that growth, Virtue Standards Health and Wellness will present challenges that is designed to support and stimulate progression through your life journey.

Challenge #1:


Engage in at least one self-care activity per day. for this challenge and visit our social media page to show your progress. It's okay to think outside the box!

Below are some ideas to get you started.

Good Luck!!!!!

  • Meditate for 5-15 minutes per day. 
  • Write down 3 things you are grateful for.
  • Do at least 25 jumping jacks.
  • Cook a meal for yourself
  • Take a walk(rain or shine)
  • Complete a crossword/Sudoku puzzle
  • Eat a piece of fruit
  • Write a letter to your future self
  • Give yourself a facial
  • Watch 30 minutes of your favorite show
  • Write down one thing you love about yourself
  • Light incense or a candle when you get home
  • Read 15 minutes before bedtime
  • Listen to your favorite music for 15 minutes
  • Cuddle with a pet
  • Text a friend and let them know why they matter
  • Give up alcohol 
  • Spend 10 minutes drawing/doodling
  • Make and drink tea before bedtime
  • Color via adult coloring
  • Make a wish
  • Stretch
  • Try Yoga
  • Learn a new word 
  • Eat meals without your phone or TV
  • Take a power nap
  • Write a "Thank You" note to someone
  • Listen to guided relaxation
  • Write down negative thoughts and cross them out
